So you don&#39;t want somewhere fancy but you don&#39;t want to go to a pub - this is the perfect spot to get good food and a drink with a pumping, thumping atmosphere. As a non beer drinker I was a bit sceptical at first - I thought, I don&#39;t know what this place will offer me as a non beer drinker however I was pleasantly surprised. So, I am sure if you enjoy beer your experience will be a whole lot different from mine. There are so many different beers to try and plenty that are actually brewed on the premises. I appreciate this would be an interesting experience for beer lovers - I just don&#39;t drink the stuff so can&#39;t judge. However, there were plenty of good wines to enjoy for those of us that don&#39;t get the beer thing, but the food is way beyond pub food. It has everything from shared bites to yummy big eater sized meals - take your pick - but all at a gourmet pub food level - yummy and filling. For me, however, the best is the Biltong or beef jerky - yup dried meat - they have a huge range of super options and it is truly yummy. I spend my life trying dried meats everywhere I go - bit of a love of mine but there are more disappointments than positive experiences - you would be surprised how hard it is to find good smoked or dried meats. But what they serve at the Newstead Brewery is exemplary - fresh, tasty, not too chewy but chewy enough, dry but not too dry - if nothing else if you are a beef jerky fan this plus a freshly brewed beer has got to be winner. Very much worth a visit.

E&#39;cco Bistro located in 63 Skyring Tce | Newstead, Brisbane, Queensland 4000, Australia, although E&#39;cco has long been my favorite, this is my first time to visit their new store. There is a very modern but relaxed atmosphere here, open kitchen, very stylish. No need for a big lunch, insect squash can perfectly meet my needs, The meal should be as well-made as it is, and it is made with high-quality insect meat.

Ristorante Tartufo, great spaghetti noodles, or my favorite seafood noodles, of course, the same as the United States, there is a strong seafood taste!

Heaps of interesting burgers, sides, cocktails on the menu. Had the Milky Lane burger which said double smashed pattie , double cheese, but only had 1 layer, patty was slightly on the burnt side.  Fries were tasty and crunchy,  For the almost $20, I think Hungry Jacks do a better burger. Place plays hiphop music, but the kind I like.

Hatch_&amp;_ Co, is a simple restaurant that can rest and fill your stomach after hanging out in the city. ...... Because I ate too many beef burgers, I ordered a Margaret pizza here. The taste is not bad and the price is reasonable. ....

We were greeted by a lovely friendly waitress. She was very helpful when we asked about different meals. We settled on the lasagna and capricosa pizza. It did not disappoint. Our meals arrived very quickly and were delicious. It&rsquo;s the best pizza I&rsquo;ve had since visiting Italy. The base is light and fluffy with just the right amount of toppings. SaltMeats Cheese is perfect for families or a night out with friends. I can&rsquo;t wait to go back.

I celebrated my husband&apos;s birthday on a Saturday.   The organisation was excellent, we had an area reserved for the party and we were very well taken care of.  The service and the food (the pizzas!!) were also amazing.

I&apos;ve not visited Newstead Brewing for a little while, but wow what am amazing Sunday lunch today. Roast beef and Yorkshire pudding with IPA gravy has just made me very happy indeed. A very well executed British Sunday lunch with crisp Yorkies and medium rare wagyu roast beef.  Get in and support the guys at Newstead on a Sunday lunchtime! We&apos;ll done chef!
